Tamaris Brown Suede Pointed Toe Heels 1-22443-47

Tamaris Brown Suede Pointed Toe Heels — 1-22443-47

This Tamaris brown suede pointed toe heel features a 90mm heel and a bronzy gold embroidered sparkle strap across the bridge of the foot, designed for occasion wear, parties, and evening events where a warmer, richer alternative to black is the better dressing choice. Brown suede with gold embellishment sits naturally in an autumn and winter occasion wardrobe — it works alongside camel, rust, champagne, and deep jewel tones in a way that feels considered rather than coordinated. The leather suede upper, leather lining, and Touch-It footbed technology make it a more comfortable option at this heel height than the finish alone might suggest.

Fit and Sizing

This heel fits true to size in a standard width and suits most foot shapes comfortably. The leather lining and Touch-It footbed adapt gradually to the shape of the foot, which means the shoe becomes more comfortable with each wear rather than staying stiff. No half sizes are available in this style — if you fall between sizes, size up.

Best For

• Autumn and winter occasion wear including wedding guest dressing in Ireland where a warm brown and gold tone suits the season beautifully
• Mother of the bride or groom who wants a heel with warmth and embellishment that stands apart from the more expected black or nude
• Evening events, parties, and formal dinners where the bronzy gold strap catches the light and adds occasion interest without overpowering the outfit
• Black tie or semi-formal events where a brown suede pointed heel reads as richly dressed and considered
• Communion and Confirmation season for those who want an alternative to black with enough detail to suit a formal occasion
• Women building an autumn occasion wardrobe around warm neutrals and gold tones rather than the standard black palette

Styling Guidance

Brown suede with a bronzy gold embellishment is one of the more versatile occasion colour combinations — it anchors naturally into a warm neutral palette without the flatness that a plain brown shoe can sometimes have. It works particularly well alongside camel, champagne, cream, and burnt orange, but also holds its own against deeper tones like forest green, burgundy, and chocolate brown. For a wedding or formal event, a champagne or warm ivory midi dress alongside this heel gives a cohesive, tonal look where the gold embellishment carries through naturally. For an evening or party outfit, wide-leg camel or chocolate brown trousers with a silk blouse in gold or cream keeps the palette warm and the shoe as the focal point rather than an afterthought.

• Works well with: Fitted midi dresses, wide-leg tailored trousers, occasion separates, full-length gowns in warm tones
• Colour palette: Camel, champagne, cream, burnt orange, forest green, burgundy

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this heel true to size? Yes, this style fits true to size for most customers. As no half sizes are available, if you fall between sizes we recommend sizing up.

What is the heel height? This shoe has a 90mm heel — a full occasion heel height that is made more manageable by the Touch-It footbed and ANTIshokk cushioning underfoot.

What material is the upper made from? The upper is brown leather suede with a full leather lining, giving a rich, textured finish and better breathability than a textile or synthetic lining.

Are they comfortable for extended wear? The Touch-It adaptive footbed, ANTIshokk cushioning, and ANTIslide sole make these more comfortable than a standard 90mm heel — though as with any heel at this height, they are best suited to occasions and evenings rather than full working days.

Are they suitable for a wedding or formal occasion? Yes — brown suede with a bronzy gold embroidered strap is a particularly strong choice for autumn and winter Irish weddings and formal occasions, where a warm, textured heel sits naturally alongside the season's fabrics and colour palette.

How does the bronzy gold strap sit on the foot? The embroidered strap sits across the bridge of the foot rather than at the ankle, making it visible from the front and side — it catches the light well in an evening or indoor occasion setting and adds warmth to the overall look without being overpowering.
