Job description
We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manager who would:
· Like the opportunity to learn about buying, merchandising or social media content creation
· Be a passionate leader to oversee our shop floor sales team

What The Role Entails:
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with the manager and team on buying, merchandising, and social media, while gaining valuable experience and skills in a dynamic independent boutique.
You’ll play a key part in making sure the store runs smoothly, from stock management to visual merchandising, while also driving sales and creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for both the team and customers. Your ability to inspire and lead will be essential in helping the team reach their goals and provide top-notch service.
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the store manager to maintain high standards of customer service and ensure the store is always at its best. You’ll be on the shop floor, educating your team, assisting customers, and helping with daily tasks like restocking and organizing the store. Your leadership will make sure the team is always motivated and focused on achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional service to every customer.
What We Are Looking For:
Someone who is enthusiastic and would like to learn new aspects to the retail business
Someone who has previous supervisory sales experience in a retail background is optimal, with a track record of a environment driving sales, and strong communication skills.

Requirements:
- This part-time position is ideal for someone seeking flexibility working weekdays & some Saturdays

- Reliable, hardworking, and able to manage time effectively
- Experience in footwear sales or fashion is a plus, but not essential
- Must be adaptable and able to problem-solve when needed
- Must adhere to all safety and health guidelines
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
