Retail Sales Advisor (Full-Time)

4–5 Days per Week | 10:00am – 6:00pm | No Late Evenings

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our boutique—delivering exceptional customer service, helping clients find their perfect pair, and bringing our brand to life both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalised styling advice
• Build strong product knowledge and confidently share insights with customers
• Support sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store standards
• Help create engaging content for social media (photos, videos, reels, stories, etc.)
• Represent the brand's tone, style, and values both in-store and online

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience (fashion or footwear preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and well-organised
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable problem-solving
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Interest or experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing is a strong advantage
