Staff are so friendly & helpful especially Emma. Emma recommended these shoes for me. There a blk leather with an ankle strap. There so soft the only trouble I had was there wasn't enough holes in the strap as I've thin ankles! So brought them into the shoe repair shop few doors away from Sheneil and he did extra holes for me. Now I don't know myself!!! Ordered a beautiful pair of sandals online and will be in next week to collect. Its my new go to Shoe shop!!!

I am very happy with my new Hoff trainers. They are very comfortable but I do advise spraying them with the rain and stain protector and they are a very light colour and would show any stain.
