Tamaris Black Knee-High Heeled Boot - 1-25544

Tamaris Black Leather Knee High Boots — 1-25544

These Tamaris knee-high boots are crafted from leather with a leather lining, pointed toe, 65mm block heel, and full-length inner zip — designed for smart everyday wear and workwear where a polished, fitted boot is a wardrobe staple rather than an occasion piece. At 37.5cm, the shaft sits just at the knee for a clean, tailored line that works as naturally under wide-leg trousers as it does with skirts and tights. The Touchit footbed, ANTIshokk cushioning, and ANTIslide sole bring a level of everyday practicality that makes these boots as comfortable to wear as they are considered in appearance.

Key Features

• 65mm block heel provides a confident, stable lift — wide enough at the base to be manageable across a long working day
• Leather upper and lining throughout, giving structure, breathability, and a finish that holds its shape and improves with regular wear
• 37.5cm knee-high shaft sits at the knee for a long, clean silhouette that works across trouser lengths and skirt hemlines
• Pointed toe delivers a sharp, shaped profile at the front — particularly effective when worn under straight or wide-leg trousers
• Full-length inner zip allows easy on-and-off while keeping the outer profile clean and uninterrupted
• Touchit footbed with ANTIshokk cushioning absorbs impact underfoot for improved comfort across extended daily wear
• ANTIslide sole provides grip on wet surfaces — a practical consideration for everyday wear in Irish conditions

Fit and Sizing

These boots fit true to size in a standard width. If you are between sizes, size up as half sizes are not available in this style. The pointed toe narrows toward the front — those with mild bunions may find them workable, but they are not recommended for prominent bunions. If you have a fuller calf, it is worth checking the shaft circumference before ordering as the fit is standard rather than wide-leg.

Best For

• Smart everyday wear and workwear — a polished black leather knee-high that moves from desk to evening without effort
• Office and professional environments where a heeled boot reads as put-together without being overdressed
• Autumn and winter wardrobe building around a leather boot that will last multiple seasons with proper care
• Wearing under straight-leg or wide-leg trousers for a clean, contemporary silhouette
• Pairing with midi skirts or dresses and opaque tights through the colder months
• Women who want a reliable, hardworking boot that covers the ground between smart-casual and dressed

Styling Guidance

A black leather knee-high boot with a block heel is one of the most dependable pieces in an autumn-winter wardrobe, and the fitted shaft and pointed toe on this Tamaris style keep it looking sharp rather than heavy. For work, pair with straight-leg trousers in charcoal, navy, or camel and a blazer or fine-knit — the leather upper holds its structure through a full day in a way that suede or vegan alternatives do not always manage. For evenings, the boot transitions naturally to a midi wrap dress or a knit skirt and tights, where the pointed toe and block heel do enough without the outfit needing anything more. The leather construction also means these will look better the more they are worn and cared for, which is worth factoring into the cost-per-wear.

• Works well with: straight-leg trousers, wide-leg trousers, midi wrap dresses, knit midi skirts with tights
• Colour palette: charcoal, navy, camel, burgundy, forest green

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these boots true to size? Yes, these Tamaris knee-high boots fit true to size in a standard width. If you are between sizes, size up as half sizes are not available in this style.

What is the heel height? The heel is a 65mm block heel — wide enough at the base to be stable underfoot while still giving a noticeable lift that reads as dressed.

What material is the upper made from? The upper and lining are both leather, giving a structured, breathable boot that holds its shape with wear and tends to improve in appearance over time with regular use and basic care.

Are they comfortable for all-day wear? The block heel distributes weight more evenly than a stiletto, and the Touchit footbed with ANTIshokk cushioning absorbs impact underfoot — both features that make a meaningful difference across a full working day. The ANTIslide sole also provides grip on wet surfaces, which is useful for everyday outdoor wear.

Are they suitable for work and everyday smart wear? Yes — the leather upper, clean fitted shaft, and 65mm block heel make these a reliable choice for professional and smart-casual environments. They are built for regular wear rather than occasional use.

Are these suitable if I have bunions? These boots can work for mild bunions — the pointed toe does narrow at the front, but the fit is not extremely restrictive. They are not recommended for prominent bunions, where a round or wide-toe style would be a more comfortable choice.
