Tamaris Black Flat Knee-High Boots - 1-25540

Tamaris Black Suede Flat Knee High Boots — 1-25540

These Tamaris knee-high boots are made from a suede-look vegan leather with a pointed toe, low 35mm heel, and full-length inner zip — designed for smart everyday wear where you want the length and polish of a knee-high boot without committing to a significant heel. At 38cm, the shaft sits at the knee for a clean, elongated line that works across trousers, skirts, and dresses alike. The Touchit footbed, ANTIshokk cushioning, and ANTIslide sole make these a considered choice for days when you are on your feet and need your boots to keep up.

Key Features

• 35mm low heel provides a subtle lift without the effort of a mid or high heel — a practical height for full days of wear, commuting, or time on your feet
• Suede-look vegan leather upper and lining gives a soft, textured finish that is animal-product free and easier to maintain than natural suede
• 38cm knee-high shaft sits at the knee for a long, clean silhouette across a wide range of hem lengths
• Pointed toe gives a shaped, intentional profile — more refined than a round toe while keeping the overall boot minimal and wearable
• Full-length inner zip for easy on-and-off with a smooth, unbroken outer silhouette
• Touchit footbed with ANTIshokk technology absorbs impact and cushions the foot across extended wear
• ANTIslide sole adds grip underfoot — particularly useful on the wet surfaces common in Irish autumn and winter

Fit and Sizing

These boots fit true to size in a standard width. If you are between sizes, size up as half sizes are not available in this style. The pointed toe narrows toward the front, so those with wider feet or bunions will find the toe box restrictive — these are not recommended in that case. If you have a fuller calf, check the shaft circumference before ordering as the fit is standard rather than wide-leg.

Best For

• Smart everyday wear — work commutes, school runs, days out around town
• Workwear dressing where a flat or near-flat knee-high boot reads as polished without requiring a heel
• Women who want the silhouette of a knee-high boot without the fatigue of wearing a heel all day
• Autumn and winter capsule wardrobe building around a reliable, minimal black boot
• Wearing under wide-leg or straight-leg trousers for a seamless, elongated look
• Pairing with midi skirts or dresses and opaque tights through the colder months

Styling Guidance

A flat or near-flat knee-high boot in black suede is one of the more hardworking pieces in an autumn-winter wardrobe — it carries the length and intentionality of a heeled boot without the physical commitment. Wear with straight-leg or wide-leg trousers in charcoal, camel, or navy and a knit or blazer for a workwear look that stays comfortable all day. For a more relaxed weekend outfit, pair with dark-wash straight-leg jeans and an oversized coat — the pointed toe keeps the silhouette clean rather than bulky. This style is also available in Chocolate Brown if you want a warmer-toned option for the season.

• Works well with: wide-leg trousers, straight-leg denim, midi skirts with tights, longline coats
• Colour palette: charcoal, camel, navy, forest green, burgundy

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these boots true to size? Yes, these Tamaris knee-high boots fit true to size in a standard width. If you are between sizes, size up as half sizes are not available in this style.

What is the heel height — are these flat boots? The heel is 35mm — a low, subtle lift rather than a truly flat sole. They sit much closer to flat than a mid or block heel and are comfortably worn across a full day without the fatigue associated with higher heels.

What material is the upper made from? The upper is a suede-look vegan leather with a vegan leather lining — giving the soft texture and appearance of suede without any animal products.

Are they comfortable for all-day wear? Yes — the low 35mm heel, Touchit footbed, and ANTIshokk cushioning make these one of the more comfortable options in the knee-high boot range. The ANTIslide sole also adds grip on wet or hard surfaces, which is a practical consideration for everyday wear in Ireland.

Are they suitable for workwear and smart everyday wear? Yes — the clean, minimal styling, pointed toe, and knee-high shaft give these a polished look that works well in office and smart-casual environments. The low heel means they remain comfortable across a long working day.

How does the vegan suede-look upper compare to real suede for care and maintenance? The vegan suede-look upper can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and does not require specialist suede brushes or sprays, making it lower maintenance than natural suede. Keeping them away from prolonged wet conditions is still advisable for longevity.
