Delivery Policy

The time estimated for delivery is the next day following the order of the product. This however is just an estimate and while it is most often the case, it may take an extra day or two depending on where you are located. Delivery charge is €7 per order

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply fill in the returns form included with your delivery, return the unworn shoes in the condition supplied within 10 days of purchase. Customers must also return the receipt provided as proof of purchase. The original box and any other items included in the box must also be returned. You will receive your refund, credit or exchange(if the item is in stock) within 2 to 3 working days after we have received the goods. When you try on the shoes, please do so on a soft, carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged. We will refund the full product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs. Please ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return form. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

Please note that you must return or exchange your purchased item within 10 days after receiving your order.
